I stand in honorable company as a modern-day pirate, I may shoot anyone, burn any ships, loot any cargoes or kill pods. I am also a pirate with a sense of humor and a moral code. In years of eco-piracy I have never injured a single miner, though I have sent many Mining vessels to the bottom. Instead of cannon balls, my guns shoot coconut cream and chocolate pie-filling. I toss stink bombs instead of grenades and I am so non-violent I don’t even eat meat or fish on my ships. No fish, fowl or mammals have died in the making of my high space campaigns.
What I do is defend the asteroids from illegal slaughter by ruthless and merciless miners. If people want to call me a pirate for that, I am proud to be so. I have asteroids to save and illegal Mining ships to attack.
