Rhegulius Nycemius

Born into a old traditionalist Holder house tied to the Sarum family, Rhegulius was raised to embrace their Reclaimer philosophy. During his time attending the Royal Amarr Institute he adopted a modified, and more moderate, variation on the Reclaimer philosophy.

He firmly and resolutely believes in the institution of slavery, but favours the more humane approach espoused by Emperor Heideran VII – after all slaves are a valuable resource that has to be properly managed to maximize productivity over the long term. He once favoured the more “diplomatic” approach of Emperor Heideran VII, because he believed that the Amarr Empire could not expand solely through military means, but by a military backed by a strong industry, economy, and scientific foundation. He now believes that any means or resource must be used in the in the hands of the righteous working on the Reclaimation of New Eden.
