Born in the slums, Carcae grew tough and hard stealing, cheating and generally struggling to survive in the gigapolis. Pretty soon it became obvious to him that the way to money nedded him to become a pilot, so he underwent harsh training to endure the physical strain of piloting a ship from inside the pod.
Eventually, he started to resort to crash as a means to cope with the pain and enhance his reflexes. However, this is an expensive and dangerous habit. As such, he now undertakes high risks missions to calm his addiction with deep-space adrenaline rushes, and the high-paying ones enable him to repair his ship, and feed his need for crash.
Since he had to fight so much while growing in the overcrowded gigacity, he is a stern rogue, believing one can only count on themselves, ad he does not take part in a conflit, he just sides with the highest bidder. More money means more respect in his eyes.
