Bio
Consecrated as a bishop 40 years ago, Pawa later entered politics, becoming a Secretary of State. He soon rose in both the Church and the state, becoming a cardinal under Mani's king Fran'ko Perusses.\xa0
Cardinal Pawa is also known by the title of the King's "Chief Minister" or "First Minister." He sought to consolidate royal power and crush domestic factions. By restraining the power of the nobility, he transformed Mani into a strong, centralized state.\xa0
His chief foreign policy objective is to check the power of the Minmatar Go'ehs dynasty. Although he is a cardinal, he do not hesitate to make alliances with Protestant rulers in attempt to achieve his goals.\xa0
His tenure was also marked by the Eleven Years' War that engulfed 48 solar systems, from which most says he exited victorious.
