Napolionic wars: A french commander is marching his battalion down a road in column when they start to pass a small rise in the land. Suddenly an english voice shouts out from over the rise:
"One englishman is better than 10 frenchmen!"
Pissed off by this verbal assault the french commander sends ten men over the rise to deal with the abuse. After 2 minutes of battle sounds coming from beyond the rise there is silence and all of a sudden the english voice shouts:
"One english man is better than 100 frenchmen!"
Aggravated at the loss of his ten men the french commander orders 100 french men to charge over the rise and kill the bloody english. 100 of his best french troops fix bayonnets and charge screaming over the hill. The sounds of full on battle and death screams last for ten minutes and then silence. The french commander is getting nervous when all of a sudden a mortally wounded french soldier staggers back over the rise and reports back with his last dying breath:
"Dont go its a trap! ... there are two of them!!!"
