Kamen Sheval

Kamen Sheval was found by Arkane in an outback outpost on the fringe of high sec. He was repeately day after day coming to the bar looking for someone to teach him to be a pilot. After a week of watching him being thrown through 3 doors and 2 plate glass windows, Arkane took him on. His only known relative is Akyra his sister, who Kamen will stop at nothing to protect. Ever since joining the Angels, he and Arkane have been at each others backs no matter what.
