A wise man once said, "Walk softly, and carry a big stick."

In terms of walking and talking softly, this arena is left up to the men and women of our diplomatic corps. While actions and images may speak louder than words, it is the words of our diplomats, carrying the big stick, that either avert us. or align us towards a course of war.

Should the sirens of war be sounded, then that is where words stop. The big stick comes into play. Our men and women of words and wisdom drop all pretenses, and hand the big stick into more capable hands, to wage a war that words could not waiver.

I am a harbinger of destruction.
