Tycho's Bad Advice

- Don't waste time learning the game by reading.

- As soon as you can afford to fly a ship and have the skills trained, you should buy it, undock, and kill everything.

- Don't buy insurance, it's a scam, ships are for life.

- High-sec is safe.

- If you are wondering "what's better x or y" then just use the more expensive one.

- Try to spend all your ISK, that way nobody can sneak into your pod and steal it while you're logged off.

- Use auto-pilot whenever possible.

- If you fly a cheap ship you make yourself an easy target, fly the most expensive fitting possible and people will leave you well alone.

- The overview, directional scanner and map information are overrated, pay them no attention.
