30y.a. Cpt. T. has been sentenced to 4 months in jail after he was found guilty on 3 separate charges. He was pleaden guilty to possession of narcotics for the purpose of trafficken. 1 month jail term for dat one. On the 2nd charge of 'failen to appear' he got 2 months consecutive & also sentenced to 1 month of consecutive on a charge of possession of stolen property. When he was originally scheduled to go on trial in Hek on June 4th Cpt. called the courthouse, said he was in Ane and unable to attend. But a witness who was at the court, I guess, saw him at a station in Hek there and called CONCORD. Short time later he was approached in a room above a pizza outlet and the charge of possession of stolen property stemming from an instance when friends entered a woman's home and he stole articles there, a percolator, coffee percolator. Anyway, it's a real scary situation altogether, lot of involved charges.
