Name: Alexandra Dekator
Pilot #: 27C896
Formally a member of the Caldari Navy's Intelligence Division, Alexandra Decator has since left the Caldari Navy for reasons unknown. It is speculated that she was involved in a clandestine field operation that occured in Gallente space; the details of which remain highly classified in both the Caldari and Gallente governments. What is known is that Alexandra spent nearly 6 months undergoing reconstructive nano-surgury and was then discharged from service. Also, at this time she was identified as being a favorable candidate for a capsuleer interface and installed with prototype Jovian pod control implants just prior to her discharge from the Caldari Navy.
She has since been a freelance pilot in several capsuleer alliances as well as empire aligned militia forces within the Caldari/Gallente skirmish areas. We believe that she has since become a veteran and deadly pilot proficient in all four empirial ships types and weapon platforms. Also her connections are extensive in the New Eden cluster and could represent a significant person of interest should she choose to pursue Alliance warfare and politics.
Several years ago she became inactive and was not in the active pilot registry of New Eden, either within Empire space or the gate-connected frontiers. However, a few months ago she reappeared on local channels and gate travel manifests within Imperial Space. Whether this is a long awaited return to New Eden or a brief venture from planetside remains to be seen.
Concord directs that she continue to be monitored but no direct action is required at this time.
