Once a medical doctor on board a prestigeous Gallente Federation ship, Vevv left the federation after the invasion of her terrestial home left her husband and young son dead. She could never forgive the Gallente captain who ordered the defense of the city abandoned (although later secretely admiring his strength and sacrifice)

She makes it through each day by cranking whatever boosters are available, and no longer lives to alleviate pain through medical means(without loss of life), but instead her current philosophy seeks to alleviate the net-suffering through causing the most loss of life possible.
