Society Intelligence Report on one "Mr. E. Killer"

He is believed to be the first inductee into "The Program" and as such the first "mystery man". Whether his name was changed upon induction or is in fact "E. Killer" we cannot say, and little evidence exists to lend credence to either theory.

Very little information is available about this individual, almost all of which comes from our own direct observation. Based on available intelligence Mr. Killer appears to have a very diverse skill set, and seems to be a very competent pilot. This latter observation supports the theory that he was originally inducted to fulfill the program's more lethal needs. It appears, however, that he has not yet realized this end against anything other than the various pirate factions.

Some of our analysts postulate that he is in fact the "Program Director" or founder, while others believe this to be an impossibility. There..
