I know that when I look outside, to the black of the outside, it's intoxicating, inevitable, and I'm drawn to it, I strangely feel that it is a part of me, much like I'm a part of it.

I know space is vast and void, yet to me it is warm and close and so very dear that words fail to describe it. All that engrosses me over it, to the point of numness, is long forgotten. It's a memory long left behind, my guess from the many cloning, and It just watered down to nothing.

Now space is just a need, a long vice.

I know that I'm a number, just a number. One number in the inmense empire. I'm just one, much like any of the immeasurable number of stars that surround me and that each plays a role in the incredible mesh that is space. For space they are, and since they are, they belong. Much like I am part of my empire and I also belong.
