ENE 2018 Barbecue Sauce (This was a barbecue sauce that I made to marinade some chicken thighs and legs which were flame grilled on saturday for lunch at Eve NorthEast 2018)

1/2 cup of hot sauce (I used a cayenne pepper sauce)
1 cup Apple Butter
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 cup catsup

In a camp saucepan mix all ingredients

heat over a medium flame for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Recipe will cover approximately 5-8 pieces of chicken.

You shouldn't aughta be so clean. It's a dead giveaway you don't
belong, you always gotta be tidy. Don't pay anybody in advance. And
don't ride in anything with a Capissen 38 engine, they fall
right out of the sky.
