Bio
The Dark Scanner.
The Caldari Nightfish.
Born into the State. Raised to Serve. Taught to Fight without question or hesitation.
Robert Arktor knows his purpose, even if he does not truly know himself. A former Caldari Navy Captain, disgraced as a booster addict, now suffering from the ravages to his mind such chemicals are known for. He lost his rank in the Caldari Navy, lost his family, lost his status, lost his very life....and along with it all, he lost his mind.
But in the Empyrean Age, he lives on still. For while Arktor sees into himself only darkly, sometimes that can be enough.
Enough to know who to kill.
