If I don't respond to you in local its because I'm either AFK (90% of the time) or I've blocked you. I block for:
0 - Trying to scam
1 - Spamming
2 - Whining about eve or CCP.
3 - Posting pics of my little pony
4 - Being a douche
5 - Begging for isk / ships
6 - Selling lottery tickets
7 - Claiming that 'this isk doubler is legit'
8 - Thinking you're clever / original for posting that you "will accept any Isk and NOT DOUBLE IT - NOT A SCAM!!!" (see #5 above)
9 - Saying over and over again that an obvious scammer is a scammer (see #1 above).
10 - Spam / Advertising your website in local over and over and over again (see #1 above).
- Etc.

If you feel you've been blocked unfairly - too bad.
If you really really want to get a message to me, create an alt, and send me a message explaining why I should unblock your main.

Otherwise, G'day, nice to meet ya.
