Neutral to any one as long as they dont have me targeted.

i'm a seasoned veteran from the minmatar vs PIE wars, later moved on to a group like minded industrialists in providence and later up north. after killed one to many times i've started a squad for black-ops to help to the ammarian wars for providence once again. sadly the war was lost and i found a new home in devoid for there i became a loyal privateer for all kinds of security duty for the amarr and occasional caldari empires lining my pockets along the way.
