Cold Wind’s Call was commissioned by the Chief Executive Panel in celebration of the Caldari State’s continued strength and resilience. Modern retellings of tribal mythology portray Cold Wind as a guide of the early Raata who inspired the stories of great leaders Deteaas and K’Vire by seeding strength and prosperity in the worthy and driving away all who opposed them. Believers continue to revere him as a divine force who carries the Maker’s will throughout the atmosphere of Caldari Prime and beyond.
