Glorified Decayed Heavy Warp Disruptor Mutaplasmid

This bioadaptive mutaplasmid tool is designed to interface with and alter targeted, long-range warp disruption devices. As such this mutaplasmid could be used to mutate the performance characteristics of most warp disruptors.
