Glorified Decayed Warp Scrambler Mutaplasmid

This bioadaptive mutaplasmid tool is designed to interface with and alter targeted, short-range warp field scrambling devices. As such this mutaplasmid could be used to mutate the performance characteristics of most warp scramblers.
