Systemic Field Stabilizer I

Increases the damage output of all vehicle mounted railgun and blaster turrets. Grants 3% bonus to hybrid turret damage, and a 2% increase to rate of fire.

NOTE: Stacking penalties apply to this module; the effectiveness of each additional module (after the first) that alters the same attributes will be reduced.
