Increases the overall efficiency of a vehicle's engineering subsystems, thereby increasing its powergrid, shields and shield recharge by 5%.

NOTE: Stacking penalties apply to this module; the effectiveness of each additional module (after the first) that alters shield recharge rate or powergrid will be reduced.
