Articles of Foundation
We, the sworn captains, officers, and faithful crews of the Imperial Order of Buccaneers, declare our allegiance to the Holy Amarr Empire and to Her Imperial Majesty, Empress Catiz I Tash-Murkon.
Bound by faith, duty, and the authority of the Imperial Throne, we take to the stars as sanctioned privateers in service to Amarr. Our vessels may fly the colors of buccaneers, but we are no common pirates. We are instruments of Imperial will, striking wherever the enemies of God and Empire are weakest.
Article I — Allegiance
The Order shall remain loyal to the Amarr Empire, the Imperial Throne, and the divine authority vested in Empress Catiz Tash-Murkon.
No contract, bounty, or personal grievance shall supersede our duty to the Empire. The honor of the Order is measured not by the wealth we seize, but by the enemies we destroy and the glory we return to the Throne.
Article II — The Privateer’s Mandate
The Imperial Order of Buccaneers is dedicated to privateering against the enemies of Amarr, with particular emphasis on the Minmatar Republic and its militant forces.
We shall:
Hunt and harass hostile shipping.
Raid enemy logistics and supply lines.
Contest strategic systems and facilities.
Support the Imperial war effort in Faction Warfare.
Defend loyal Imperial interests wherever threatened.
Bring ruin to those who wage war against the Empire.
Every raid shall serve a purpose. Every victory shall strengthen Amarr. Every enemy vessel brought low shall be a testament to the might of Empress Catiz.
Article III — Conduct of the Order
Though we are buccaneers, we are not brigands. We are privateers under Imperial allegiance.
Members shall conduct themselves with discipline, courage, and respect for the chain of command. Personal ambition shall never endanger the fleet. Treachery, cowardice in battle, and actions that bring dishonor upon the Empress or the Empire shall not be tolerated.
The Order recognizes that fear is a weapon, reputation is an asset, and victory is the highest form of devotion.
Article IV — Brotherhood of the Fleet
All sworn members shall stand together beneath the Imperial banner. Captains shall command with authority and responsibility, while crews shall serve with loyalty and resolve.
The Order shall value faith in the Empire, loyalty to the fleet, readiness for war, competence in space, strength under pressure, and ruthlessness toward the enemy.
No Buccaneer fights alone. Every vessel is part of the fleet, and every victory belongs to the Order.
Article V — The War Against the Minmatar
The Minmatar Republic and its armed factions remain enemies of Imperial order. Their resistance threatens the peace, authority, and divine purpose of Amarr.
The Imperial Order of Buccaneers shall carry the war to them across the contested frontier. We shall strike from darkness, appear where least expected, and vanish before the enemy can gather strength. We shall make every gate dangerous, every convoy vulnerable, and every hostile system a place of Imperial consequence.
Let the Republic learn that no distance can shield it from the Empress’s reach.

I pledge my loyalty to the Amarr Empire and to Her Imperial Majesty, Empress Catiz Tash-Murkon.
I shall serve the Order with discipline, courage, and faith.
I shall take the enemy’s measure, break their lines, and claim victory in the name of the Throne.
I shall stand with my fleetmates in battle and honor the Articles of the Buccaneers.
By the light of God and the authority of the Empress, I accept my duty.
