Before any contract approval, every pilot undergoes a strict security
background check (Character Age, Corp History, Employment Logs).

BASIC TERMS FOR FIRST-TIME RENTERS:
• Security Deposit: 75% Collateral of [Vessel + Fit] value.
• Weekly Rental Fee: 10% of [Vessel + Fit] value.
• Mandatory Insurance Policy: • Calendar Tracking: Once confirmed, you will receive an in-game
*For Fully Fitted Vessels:* Pilot MUST purchase PLATINUM Insurance immediately.
*For Bare Hulls (No Fit):* Pilot MUST purchase GOLD Insurance immediately to cover the 25% loss margin.
• Activation Rule: After accepting the contract and buying the required insurance tier,
you MUST send an Eve-Mail confirmation to [13afe] stating the hull is insured.
Calendar invitation marking your exact rental return deadline.
• Safe Return Policy: Upon successful return of the ship and modules,
your security deposit will be 100% REFUNDED via contract.
• Hull Loss Policy: In case of ship destruction, the pilot is strictly
obligated to compensate the remaining 25% of the total [Vessel + Fit] value.

TRUST RATING & ASSET VALUE LIMITS

We reward loyalty and clean flight records. Your successful rental history
directly reduces your required security deposit and unlocks higher asset tiers:
• RANK 1 (1st Time - Newbee) ➔ 75% Collateral required.
*Max Asset Limit:* Up to 150,000,000 ISK.
• RANK 2 (3+ Safe Returns - Junior) ➔ Deposit reduced to 60% Collateral.
*Max Asset Limit:* Up to 300,000,000 ISK.
• RANK 3 (6+ Safe Returns - Middle) ➔ Deposit reduced to 50% Collateral.
*Max Asset Limit:* Up to 600,000,000 ISK.
• RANK 4 (9+ Safe Returns - Major) ➔ Deposit reduced to 40% Collateral.
*Max Asset Limit:* Up to 1,200,000,000 ISK.
• RANK 5 (15+ Safe Returns - Elite) ➔ Deposit reduced to 25% Collateral.
*Max Asset Limit:* Up to 2,000,000,000 ISK.

Violations of the lease agreement, asset theft, failure to send insurance
