Founded during the offensive push on Placid during operation Rogue Edge. Locarqed shipping actually has a much older history that ties into several other organizations over the past decade in the cluster. Offically it is nothing more then a simple mining service that ships in and out large quantities of ore and makes heavy use of mining vessels. In reality Locarqed Shipping is a front for people associated to the Black Eagles and FIO, using political and financial leverage to direct the fluctuating tides of the Caldari-Gallente warzone. Founded by a Reborn Intaki native, it differs from many other Hawk organizations in the Federation by largely being composed of Intaki residents who have chosen to side with the Federation, even if not all of them agree with encroaching on Intaki Primes autonomy.

Locarqed shipping came into position of several mining reserves and a large amount of industrial equipment, including several prototype ORE vessels from before the split with the Gallente Federation. The formerly wealthy corporation of Galathea Inc fell on particularly hard times as an associated manufacturer, and so when a number of Intaki delegates offered to purchese their resources and vehicles for a hefty sum of isk. Over time they became more reliant on Locarqed for financial aid until, eventually, they were absorbed by the organization entirely. Now Galathea Inc and Locarqed are functionally the same entity in practice, if not nessecarily in function.

Since then Black Eagles associates and FIO assets have been refurbishing and repurposing various ORE and Creodron designs for their use. Federation Ventures and Prospects harvest vast ore reserves across Bulwark regions with Algos and Tristan security details. Taking a page out of the Talos it is also not impossible to find agents calibrating and reconstructing ORE vessels to serve as weapons platforms or improving on Creodron technology for use in the warzone. Some even go so far as to say that they may make use of Rogue Drone tech with the recent election of Alix Moreau, who knows where that experimentation will grow with the Gallente Federations rapid acceleration of Drone Technology. Many Locarqed agents have been seen making heavy use of webifier drones, being some of the earliest adopters of this hybrid technology to supplement their ships.

Since then the leader of the organization has been residing at the University of Caille, where he currently whittles away his days plotting with the heirs of Galathea and plotting their next move against the Caldari.

The sky is the limit, all that remains is finding those with strength enough to take what they deserve.

Locarqed is a small corporation with an emphasis on faction warfare and industry. In many respects its simply a place to hangout, chat, and relax between people with the occasional foray into the faction warzone. A lot of the work done is in the management of logistics and feeding the Federation with resources, a very low stress and relaxed atomosphere where people can also occasionally talk about the story of EVE and immerse themselves in the world. First and foremost the most important aspect of Loc is ensuring everyone is having a fun time and helping one another, communication and team work are its central virtues.
