By order of our own will, we, the undersigned miners, smugglers, ex-prisoners, unlicensed warclone survivors, unregistered capsuleers, and various other concerned parties, do hereby constitute a lawful militant force dedicated to the defense, expansion, and administration of our collective interests.
Disparu Command is a sovereign-aligned paramilitary cell operating under provisional association with the Universal Union. Our primary objectives include (but are not limited to):
— The acquisition and defense of territorial assets
— Reclamation of abandoned or misused infrastructure
— Redistribution of neglected resources
— Enforcement of revolutionary directives in high and low security regions
We operate primarily out of the Simela system and surrounding space. Recruitment is open to loyal operatives of ill repute, dock workers with dreams, miners with rifles, and all those society would rather forget.
We may not be recognized by CONCORD
But we recognize each other.
No glory. No titles. Just purpose.
