Commando c13 was founded in the smoky bar "Cafe13" on Fluekele, a place where shady deals are made, and everyone who comes here has something to hide. It’s a small group of people who decided to overthrow the dominance of the corporations that have controlled high-sec for years, deciding who gets a chance at success. Now, they live by their own rules, recognizing no authority but their own. They're not interested in open confrontation; instead, they stir things up where no one expects it. Sometimes a corporate convoy doesn't make it to its destination, sometimes a ship full of valuable cargo suddenly has to change course, and sometimes someone finds a wreck, but it’s already empty. Morleyos, a man with connections in Caldari, appears in their company, but no one knows what his intentions are. They meet rarely, and only when necessary. They don’t seek people, don’t recruit; if you’re meant to meet them – you’ll find out at the right moment. Those who underestimate them usually realize too late that they made a mistake.
