Through strategic investing, efficient logistics, and organized teamwork, we aim to build an empire where ever member prospers.

Divisions and Leadership:

Solvayne Sundicate Holdings is organized into five (5) primary divisions:

1.Industry & Production: Mining, refining, and manufacturing.
2.Logistics & Trade: Hauling, market speculation, and supply chain management.
3.Planetary Operations: Overseeing planetary colonies and industry for maximum yield.
4.Security & Defense: Protecting Corp assets and conducting security missions for Corp partners and clients.
5.Exploration & Expansion: Expanding into new systems, wormhole exploration, and securing valuable resources.

Each division is overseen by a Director and supported by Officers and Specialists.

Membership Requirements:

1.Activity: Members are encouraged to contribute at least a few hours per week to Corp goals.
2.Teamwork: Participation in mining fleets, trade missions, or defense operations is expected.
3.A reasonable Corp tax ensures shared growth.
4.Respect: Toxicity or harassment towards fellow members will not be tolerated.

Member Incentives:

Skillbooks & Ships: New members receive starting skillbooks and free T1 ships.
Profit Sharing: Members earn a percentage of profits from Corp operations.
Buyback Programs: Easy ore, loot, and PI material sales at fair prices.
Fleet Support: Access to boosts, hauling services, and Corp-provided defense during operations.

Decision-Making & Leadership

1.CEO: Holds final authority on major Corp decisions.
2.Executive Council: Responsible for setting strategy and overseeing divisions.
3.Directors & Officers: Execute day-to-day operations and manage members within divisions.

Policies:
1.No Corp Theft: Immediate expulsion and KOS for stealing from the Corp.
2.Transparency: Quarterly reports on profits, investments, and growth plans will be shared with members via the Corp Discord.
3.Defense: All members are expected to assist in defending Corp assets when necessary.
