Recruiting HS PVP Fighters Main or Alt Capable enough to be a part of this Corporation Build. We will have Monthly, Possibly Bi-Monthly Offensives to Destroy Fortizars and other POS alike.

A possible defence force for Miners' Operations, Player Owned Structures, all activity located in HS Space.

Our Targets will be tabled and selected by Corp Exectuvies, Battle Group Commander, Fleet Commander/s. All intelligence will be held by the before mentioned. System information will be shared for sole purpose to prepare and Fleeting Up, however, target POS information will be shared the day of Attack.

Use your Main or Capable Alt to join this Corporation for the purpose to build a proper Offensive/Defensive force. Targeting the Deserving POS for Destruction or Defending the Vulnerable against attacks on thier Player Owned Structures.

A dedicated team of 52 HS PVP Players consisting of but not liimited to, to be utilized, in Full Force or in Part, in part, we will not go Operational with less than 30 Pilots, dependent on Target Selection.

Marauder and or Pirate Faction BS pilots,
Command Ship pilots,
Heavy Assault Cruiser pilots,
BattleCrusier pilots,
Logi pilots,

Battle Pay schedule as follows:

Marauder/Pirate Faction BS Pilots will recevie 800 Mil ISK Each.

Command Ship Pilots will receive 550 Mil ISK Each.

Basilisk/Guardian Logi Pilots will receive 350 Mil ISK Each.

Heavy Assault Cruiser Pilots will receive 300 Mil ISK Each.

BattleCruiser Pilots will receive 150 Mil ISK Each.

Awarded After Battle Bonuses:

Top Damage Pilot will receive 800 Mil ISK Bonus.

Final Blow Pilot will receive 400 Mil ISK Bonus.

Top Heavy Assault Cruiser Pilot will receive 300 Mil ISK Bonus (As Decided and Voted by this Group Or, equal share to all in this group)

Top Logi Pilot will recieve 350 Mil ISK Bonus (As Decided and Voted by this Group Or, equal share to all in this group)

Top BattleCruiser Pilot will receive 150 Mil ISK Bonus (As Decided and Voted by this Group Or, equal share to all in this group)

5% as per Pilot Roll, will be given to each pilot as their individual retainer when joining this Corporation and will be paid their individual retainer/salary on a monthly basis, again, according to retained Role.
25% will be transferred to each pilot when they Fleet up and Readyj to head into an Operational Scenario. Corp Alliances, % terms negotiable with CEO's.

Remaining 70% will be paid after battle operations are completed. Negotiable with Corp CEO's.

For each Pilot that proves reliability, meaning for each Pilot that has started and completed their first Battle Mission, win or lose, their % of Battle Pay Schedule will be increased from 25% to 45% when Fleeting up and ready to head into an Operation Scenario, with the remaining 50% to be paid in full after Battle. This % will only increase with time in as trust increasses. Also negotiable with Corp CEO's.

Total PayOut if all 52 Individual Players partake in this Extra Monthly or Bi-Monthly Content as described above, to destroy a Single Fortizar and any Defence they present: 26.2 Bil ISK.

Each Monthly or Bi-Monthly Offensive Operations will be planned and excutited as weekend events, Exception, initial POS attack to send target POS into reinforcemnt.

All Spoils go to Players.

In the event of total loss of our forces, the following months allotment of ISK + Reserves, will be utilized to replace All Corp Members' lost Ships and that month's Extra content will be delayed to the following month.

Player History will be a recruiting factor.
