In memory of Will Prospero a supernatural clone of William Shakepeare. Our charter is based on a fragment of text that has survived the aeons: "In 1597 William Shakespeare was to pay a tax of 5s. In 1598, calculated at a different rate, he was to pay 13s 4d. The 1597 default of 5s is not heard of again. Three documents from the exchequer, or royal treasury, from 1598-9, 1599, and 1600, track Shakespeare’s 1598 debt of 13s 4d. "
