Fleet Members mining in High Sec receive:
5% with a Venture
10% with Mining Barges and Exhumers
15% for Mining Foreman With Orca

Fleet Members mining in Null Sec receive:
5% for Mining Barges and Exhumers(No Ventures)
10% for Mining Foreman with Orca
5% for Security
10% for Security Supervisor
You will be paid based on the Value of the Total Amount of Ore collectively recovered during a Mining Operation, and it will be sent by Contract once said Value is calculated.
