Crystallurgy is rare technology that uses Crystals in a variety of ways, whether it's boosting defenses, or damaging foes.
Crystalline items are more expensive to produce, but make up for their range and bypassing properties.

Gauss Tech
Gauss Technology is a very powerful area of tech, containing amazing weapons that cannot be stopped by most.
They are magnetically based weapons that break down the target into its component molecules layer by layer, which are then brought back to the gun at an incredible speed.
This creates a flaying effect and can vaporize just about any soldier, and rip holes in most any vehicle.
Gauss Weapons are very effective against all armor and unit types, but suffer from a lack of damage and short range.
