Based off of similar security agencies such as in the Nadire district in Sinq Laison, and founded in YC122 in the wake of multiple Triglavian incursions in to the Solitude region, as well as the ever-present threat of Serpentis drug-running operations in the lower-security areas of the region, MBSC aims to provide expert-tier elimination of any significant baseliner threat to Federal citizens and other residents of Solitude within the scope of piracy and other such entities.

As a result, MBSC does not involve itself in conflict between the Big Four of empire space, nor smaller imperial entities such as the Khanid or Ammatar.

MBSC is the formalization of an effort that has spanned multiple years, aiming to streamline the process by which Solitude's citizens are defended against threats beyond their own ability to handle. While primarily focused in the Mobrault, Braille, and Elerelle districts of Solitude, MBSC also provides its services to the rest of the region, as well as its nearby neighbors in Aridia and Placid.

On YC124-06-05, the Mobrault Security Consultants closed its doors upon realization of its mission statement regarding the thinning of piratical elements in the Mobrault district of Solitude. It leaves behind a legacy of military support for the district, and paved the way for a newer initiative meant to protect areas reaching far beyond the district in that of the Zankilim Regiment, its spiritual successor. Most notably, its defense of the Solitude region during the Triglavian crisis aided in the routing of all attempted Triglavian fortifications from the region.
