The Interstellar Reclamation Service is the reclamation service of the New Eden Concord Agency. The Concord Agency is a bureau of the Department of the Treasury, and is under the immediate direction of the Commissioner of Interstellar Reclamation, who is appointed to a life-time term by the Concord Agency.
