The "Army: Tough" program has the military mission: "Make it home" and is a United Nations program which is maintained in the various armies of a world where the spirit of universal acceptance (known as "the omni way") exists.

Bay division is an oversight branch of the Army: Tough program which has the responsibility of maintaining safety and health on the bacterialogical & fungal spectrum.
