FCON, unworthy to live in this Galaxy, died in an inferno of God's judgement. The survivors who live yet are few and far between. The rest hide while their tormentors seek them out and hunt them down to punish them further for their arrogant overreach. The Fallout Shelter was born of that apocalypse.
