The God Emperor has countless followers. They do not obey him out of fear, but as an internal sense of duty, like that of a compass pointing north. Some are drawn to gather resources to build the war machine. Others enforce his divine creed upon those who would dare oppose the God Emperor. Those who take up arms in the name of the His Holiness are known as “Lancers of the God Emperor”. Lancers are able to ride into the middle of battle and obliterate their foes. They have never lost a battle.

The Lancers are led by their immortal captain, Ryo Mitsuki. It is said that Ryo once spotted a spy in the ranks early in God Emperor’s reign. In return, the God Emperor struck his hammer and a lone spark fell from his anvil. Captain Mitsuki was granted Rhongomyniad, a legendary ship that is said to reform even if destroyed. The army is always welcoming to those who would serve willingly. Enemies have become brothers, and shared in the glory of war. The Lancer’s are trained in the deepest reaches of space. Rumors run amok amongst the trainees that to become a Lancer, they must pass through a black hole.

Those who wish to absolve their sins have joined the Lancer’s ranks, for the God Emperor forgive those who would fight for him body and soul.
