The Gallente Parks Department used to be one of the finest interstellar government departments the federation had ever seen. But when the staff was replaced with capsuleers in an attempt to increase effiency, the department went rouge. The "new" GAPD did not care much for parks and recreational access for the common folk, but instead favored more lucrative tasks with higher stakes. When federation officals attempted to replace these capsuleers, they were meet by the freshly self-appointed "GAPD President" Ann Perkins, wearing nothing more than a pair of boots and screaming "EAT THIS" whilst making gestures towards the end of her digestive tract. The officals were shocked from this encounter and rather than facing the GAPD President again, just made a new parks department from scratch. The capsuleers and the federation severed ties, but has gone their seperate ways without any further aggression.
