A spectre is haunting New Eden — the spectre of fully automated luxury space communism. All the powers of the governmental space agencies and private spaceflight companies have entered into a holy alliance to exorcise this spectre: Caldari and Gallente, Minmatar and Amarr, Jove and Pirate Factions.

Where is the capsuleer in opposition that has not been decried as luxury-commmunistic by its employers? Where is the capsuleer that has not hurled back the branding reproach of luxury-communism, against the more red-hot travellers, as well as against their bourgeoisie capsuleer adversaries?

Two things result from this fact:

I. Fully automated luxury space communism is already acknowledged by all bourgeoisie capsuleers to be itself a power.

II. It is high time that Capsuleers should openly, in the face of the whole galaxy, publish their views, their aims, their tendencies, and meet this nursery tale of the Spectre of Fully Automated Luxury Space Communism with a manifesto of the party itself.

To this end, Capsuleers of various races have assembled in Outer Ring and sketched the following manifesto, to be published in the Jovian, Caldari, Gallente, Amarri, and Minmatar languages:
