Deep Space Apple Association is primarily an Academy for new & old players alike. Its main purpose being to learn & teach especially the combat oriented aspects of eve. The operations carried out here are, in essence, based on voluntarism - perhaps with a few exceptions.
To place some perspective on the nature of our early squad structures; we operate primarily in Wolf-Packs, which serve both themselves & sometimes function as support for our allies.
New Players Benefits; Medal System;
- In Order to Operate efficiently, We thrive to achieve a mutually beneficial symbiosis between newer & older players, one way we might succeed in doing so is by a rank/medal system, in which Theory & Experience marks the Will of the Hunter.
An Example Could Be;
- Raider ; Little to No Experience
- Wolf ; (to some degree) Proven him/herself in Action, familiar with basic PvP functions
- Lion ; Capable Wolf-Pack Operator, Willing & Well both Alone and in Groups.
- Dragon ; a True Hero in Deep Space

Real Roles:
* Light Tackler, often a fast frigate with modules like webifiers & warp scramblers/disruptors to keep the targets in place, cheap to replace.
* Heavy Tackler; Heavily Tanked Tackler, often a Plated Cruiser or passive/active battlecruiser(or bigger)
* E-war Tactician ; Capable of utilizing Electronic warfare like; ECM, Sensor Dampeners, Target Painters, Tracking Disruptors & Energy Neutralizers
* Logistic ; Remote Repairer ("Healer")
* 'Glass' Cannon ; Good DPS skills & fit at the expense of low EHP & Tank
* Bait ; Heavily Tanked, Low/Medium Damage output - Similar to a Heavy Tackler but less "fishy"
*Booster/Link ; Fleet skills trained; working towards warfare link modules that boost the overall abilities of the fleet,squad&/wing)
*Scout ; Familiar with Dscan, fast to "map" movement in nearby systems in order to gain a better perspective, secondarily a light tackler.
*Cloaky Combat Scanner ; Requires experience and quite a bit of skill, but capable of locating targets in deep space by the usage of probes
*Sniper - Long Range Assault Unit

We also offer acces to Lucrative Ore & therefor, in terms of industry & exploration we have a few additional "role focus lines"
- Miner
- Manufactorer/Industrialist
- Hacker
- Hauler/Freighter
- Research Specialist(blueprint oriented)
- Salvager ( especially great at gathering resources for Rig Production)
- Planetary Colonizer (Building Mining outposts on Planets, often for the goal of producing POS fuel on a local basis)
- POS Specialist ( For setting up & operating Player Owned Structures )
- Lunar Locater & Starbase Defense Tactician, a scout with the purpose of locating lucrative locations rather than targets & threats.

ISK rewards during Operations are, if lucrative, split equally between all participants.
