We believe in the rights of the individual.

Be who you are, we accept you. Wear our insignia, or don't. Wear our colors, or don't. Talk to the group, or don't. (we would like your contribution to the conversation :-)) Solo, or team with us. We accept you and respect your way of doing things.

Diversity and acceptance of the values that make us different are to be encouraged.

Out of Chaos comes creativity. As the world becomes more ordered we lose that. Conflict creates change. Sometimes it's hard to understand. We need diversity. Every member of the FoB stands for the individual right to have a different opinion. We will never accept slurs of ethnic, religious, sexual or any other human parameter as appropriate. ("u r so gay" is a sexual slur). We encourage people to talk about each others differences. Point them out, and celebrate diversity.

We help one another, as we help all those in need.

Practice random acts of beauty and senseless acts of kindness. A very wise man once told me, "Take the time to stop and smell the flowers." It means to take with you the little pieces of happiness that are all around you. You will be surprised how good you feel when you give a hand to a stranger.
