When Sansha Kuvakei returned to the universe at large, it was to the drums of laser fire and the screams of the millions of colonist he stole from their homeworlds. Concord itself failed to stand up to the black ships under his command, powerless as they grew in number. For every Phantasm to fall, enough colonist to crew a Nightmare were converted into the "ideal soldier" that Kuvakei used to crew his war machine. That is until the formation of Capsuleer fleets.
