This organization was named after Iosif Shklovsky.
Iosif Samuilovich Shklovsky - a prominent astrophysicist, a member of the Academy of Sciences of the USSR, a member of many foreign academies, which had a marked influence on the development of astrophysics second half of XX century. He is the founder of a major school wave evolutionary astrophysics, the author of the modern theory of the solar corona, the fundamental work on the physics of the interstellar medium on the basis of atomic and molecular radiospectroscopy, the relationship of cosmic masers with the regions of formation of stars and planetary systems, the evolution of the stars of the main sequence through the stage of the red Giants to planetary nebulae and white dwarfs, on the development of cosmic explosions of supernovae and galactic nuclei, on the cosmological microwave background radiation, and finally, on the issue of life in the universe.
We - the pilots and researchers. We respect the principles of good neighborliness NRDS (Not Red Do not Shoot) and are the enemies of any piracy pilots and organizations.
We make New Eden hospitable for new players and help them adapt to the complex community of EVE, understand the rules of the system, to find their place there and survive.
We offer a friendly staff and comfortable communication. We welcome new people who share our values.

Иосиф Самуилович Шкловский — выдающийся астрофизик, член-корреспондент Академии наук СССР, член многих зарубежных академий, оказавший заметное влияние на развитие астрофизики второй половины XX века.
