Established after SCOPE reports regarding the Drifters, the FIS is devoted to broadening the knowledge of Drifter behavior, motives, technology and territory. Current goals include establishing a research station in 0.0/WH for Drifter observation, integrating inter-corporate intellegence regarding Jovian and Drifter movements and behavior and organizing rapid response fleets to document (and eventually capture/repel) Drifter craft.
