AER LINGUS FULL YEAR 2014 RESULTS


- 2014 revenue up 9% to €1,556.9m, operating profit up 18% to €72m
- Operating margin of 4.6% up from 4.3% in 2013
- 28.4% increase in long haul passenger fare revenue with average fare per seat up 7.2% and load factor up 0.6 percentage points to 83.7%
- Resilient short haul performance; average fare per seat up 2.5%
- Retail revenue up 3.0% to €186.9 million with retail revenue per pax up 1.5%
- Free cash flow up 92.1% to €146.6m; continued balance sheet strength with 29.9% increase in net cash to €545.3 m
- Total network passengers (incl. Aer Lingus Regional) surpassed 11 million
- 23.8% additional transatlantic capacity deployed with improved yields and loads
