In keeping with the Metropolis Free Trade Convention and Ratified Treaties, Outlander Commodity Deligates [TOCD] has been commissioned to promote reduced tax rates for the people and corporations residing in local Minmatar systems.
It is understood and in order to prevent a conflict of interests, TOCD cannot and will not establish their own trade assets including planetary customs offices.
TOCD may impose sanctions on those violating the treaty guidelines (No tax to be levied on any citizen greater than 18% - neutral standing). Furthermore, those who feel they are being taxed without representation, should contact a member of TOCD immediately. Sometimes violent action may be required and TOCD may assist with resolutions for the cost of the Hostilities Permit and 10% over the entire effort including incidentals (ammo).
Those wishing to retain posession of their custom's office duties may escape damages in the repayment of the Hostilities Permit and the immediate reduction in taxes.
