Before Concord, before New Eden, before the Eve Gate; great and powerful navies plied the waters of Earth's oceans. Some sailed to defend their homelands. Others to conquer foreign lands. The greatest of these patrolled all the world's oceans defending not only her homeland, but those of her weaker allies as well: The United States Navy.

Though long cut off from those roots, we strive to continue that great tradition.

Will you solemnly swear that you will support and defend the Minmatar Republic against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that you will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that you will obey the orders of the officers appointed over you, according to regulations and the Laws of the Republic?
