Originally founded in AD 23155 during the Caldari - Gallente war as a movement under the same name, Akiikala has one major principle: "For the State".

Named after one of the green parks in the city of Arcurio, Akiikala has a rich history and a firm belief that each Caldari citizen should do their part to further advance the Caldari State.

In YC 115, after the Battle of Caldari Prime, Akiikala was reorganised and was officially declared a State Corporation in YC 116.
