In YC115 the State Expedition Force was formed to venture into the unknown to learn secrets yet unveiled to the governments of New Eden.

The State Expedition Force is built up by a small number individuals who are some of the best in their field of work.

Even though the State Expedition Force solely consists of Caldari citizens it's allegiance is mostly towards the corporation itself. The secrets uncovered and eventually valuable parts/artifacts are not only sold to the Caldari State but all the governments in New Eden.
