They formed as a failed rebellion to overthrow the Galactic Federation in the first Solar System War. Originally born on the moon of Europa. The movement's purpose was for a solar system wide anarchy. Spreading across the solar system the movement grew into a revolt, rebellion, then solar war. The movement failed, undone by war externally and internally. The movement fled in exile to Uranus. The Galactic Federation gave the name The Dark Overlords of Uranus to the exiled. Where they continue to survive.
